    These coaching sessions include review of your CliftonStrengths report, targeted discussion around your themes of talent and domain of strength, and if desired - resume & cover letter review.

  • Organizational workshops explore the leadership of its members through review of the group’s CliftonStrength reports, team dynamics, and organizational goals.

    These workshops can be tailored to communication, collaboration, conflict, and/or the general development needs of the group. Teams can also choose to begin exploration of building a Strengths-based culture for their organization.

  • Student based groups, organizations, and institutions explore the CliftonStrengths assessment for application to their secondary or post-secondary experiences.

    Youth and young adult workshops are customizable for various topics including: student leadership, career exploration, and team building.
