Your New Favorite Coach & Consultant

My philosophy is simple:

Be true to who you are, be strategic in what you do, and intentional in how you make others feel. Your character, choices, and connections are the paths by which you navigate to success.

I founded The Diamond Influence to best utilize my own character, choices, and connections to support others on their journey to meeting their goals. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and a Masters of Arts in Communication Management from Webster University, I have a passion and attentiveness for people, cognitive behaviors, information sharing, organizational operations, and lifelong learning.

As a Higher Education professional, I operate as the primary facilitator for workshops & training, educational curriculum development, and evaluation assessment as the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Learning, Skill, & Capacity Building Specialist within the Office of Institutional Equity at Washington University in St. Louis. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I am skilled in the individual, team, and management assessment of talent, collaboration dynamics, and areas for personal and professional development. In 2022, I also became certified as a DEI Facilitator & Trainer to present educational content and manage group processing by the National Conference for Community & Justice for Metropolitan St. Louis. In every avenue of my life, I am committed to the ongoing learning, development, collaboration, and empowerment of and for all in our ever-evolving world.
